Hey you 2 we're still here but missing a calf .... very thankful that the rest of the stock made it without a scratch. The updraft was 80 - 85 mph, dirt and debris was flying up in the air, not blowing along the ground but up in the air. I was watching out our back window and could see Tecumseh Rd about 750' north of us. Cars started stopping then flashes of electricity and then I couldn't see anything past 90' due to the dirt and debris.... The supercell itself was moving 50 - 55 mph and within a few minutes the tornado came down onto I-240/I-40 all heck broke loose at Sooner Rd, then Choctaw Rd and continued NE.... Thanks for your prayers and kind words guys. Jamie

Yep sure hated it but thankful the others are here and fine.... I was more worried about the girls and their calves than I was for me, lol, since I home alone. I kept looking over to the herd and they were all in a circle with the babies in the middle and I knew the winds were high and kept watching to make sure none were swept up and once I couldn't see from the back fence I knew there was defintely a problem.
I'll post some pics of the hail the size of softballs out of the supercell that went through here past her home and onto I-40, Sooner and Choctaw Rds.
My sis couldn't believe I didn't take cover but I've always liked watching tornadoes and have only the left the house 1 time and that's when the wedge tornado hit in May 1999...

Hey Wyatt, omgosh, that hail hit my brothers home up in Nichols Hills and totaled their cars, broke out all their windows! Did about $150,000+ in damage. Terrible. Just sat through the latest storm, went south of us I've been worried about the babies for that very reason the big softball size hail. Thank the LORD we didn't get any. The tornado last Monday that hit Purcell I heard hit the Royal Vista stables and killed and/or hurt several horses. Sad to hear about that. How'd you make out tonight? Jamie
