Brendon Clark sustained a liver laceration, contusions of both lungs, and rib fractures when he was stepped after being thrown from his bull during the second round at Omaha. He was admitted to Creighton University Hospital ICU for observation. He will be out for 3-6 months.
Kody Lostroh sustained an injury (probable torn lateral ligaments) of his left elbow (riding hand) as he was thrown from his first round bull in Omaha and broke his nose when he collided with the bull's head during the ride. He did not compete on Saturday. He is going to undergo an MRI this week to further evaluate the elbow. He is doubtful for Worcester.
They had one rough weekend! Ours are with you both for a speedy recovery!
